Incorrect Login Option

  • •Customers with an existing account must select "Login" rather than "Start Here" Choosing "Start Here" is intended for new users and will prevent access to an existing profile.
  • •"User Does Not Exist” Error

    If a customer receives a message indicating that the user does not exist, the Customer Support team should advise the customer to:
