I’m having trouble with my account approval-can you help?

•ID verification: If you submitted a copy of your ID, it will not be accepted. Raseed requires the original, physical ID document for verification.
•Employment or affiliation restrictions: Accounts cannot be approved for users affiliated with or employed by a stock exchange, securities company, regulatory body, a member firm of an exchange, FINRA, or a municipal securities broker-dealer.
• Politically exposed persons: Accounts cannot be approved for users who are currently or were previously politically exposed persons or public officials.
•Phone number issues: If you encounter repeated errors after entering your phone number, please contact our support team. They will guide you through troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
