When can I buy or sell a stock?

You can trade stocks during regular market hours, as well as in pre-market and after-market sessions excluding US holidays.

•Pre-market hours: Summer hours (March to November) 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM, Winter hours (November to March) 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM
•Market hours: Summer hours (March to November) 5:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Winter hours (November to March) 6:30 PM – 1:00 AM
•After market hours: Summer hours (March to November) 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM, Winter hours (November to March) 1:00 AM – 5:00 AM

Trading during extended hours allows you to take advantage of market opportunities even outside normal trading hours, but keep in mind that liquidity may be lower than during regular market hours.
