Why is my account restricted?
If your account is restricted or you are unable to withdraw funds, please consider the following
First Card Deposit:
Accounts may be temporarily restricted for the first card deposit. In this case, the restriction will be lifted automatically after 7 days.
Missing or Invalid Documents:
Your account may be restricted due to missing or invalid proof of address, or an expired ID. You can upload the documents via the app by clicking on Withdrawal and following the steps to upload them again.
