Can I deposit through a card or account not under my name?

Can I deposit through a card or account not under my name?

No. Depositing with a card or bank account that is not in your name is strictly against Raseed’s policy and may result in your account being blocked after review.

If two existing users add the same card and both accounts are blocked:

The customer must contact our support team and provide proof of ownership for the card. If the card is not under your name, the actual cardholder must contact us from their registered number and provide proof of ownership. In such cases, the card will be permanently blocked from our platform and cannot be used again.

If you add a card not under your name and do not respond to our requests for clarification: Your account may be blocked and will remain blocked until valid proof of ownership is provided.

For wire transfers not under your name:

The transfer will be placed on hold until the relationship between you and the bank account holder is clarified. The account owner must also contact us and provide proof of ownership. Once verified, the funds will be returned to the original account holder.
