I sent crypto but my deposit is not showing, why?
If you’ve sent cryptocurrency to your Raseed Invest wallet but your deposit hasn’t appeared yet, don’t worry, this is usually due to a blockchain confirmation delay, a crypto network issue, or a transfer detail mismatch (such as using the wrong network or wallet address).
Crypto deposits on a secure crypto trading platform like Raseed are processed through blockchain networks, meaning your transaction must be verified and confirmed on-chain before it can reflect in your Raseed balance.
This is a standard process across most crypto trading apps and online investment platforms.
Below are the most common reasons your crypto deposit may not be showing yet and what you can do.
Raseed is not responsible for any delays in crediting deposits to the account, as we act only as the receiving party. The amount will be added automatically once it is released or received from the sending platform.
Common reasons your crypto deposit is not showing
The blockchain network is still confirming your transaction:
Most crypto deposits require a certain number of network confirmations before being credited. If the network is busy (high traffic), confirmations can take longer than usual. This is common during:
- •High market activity
- •Network congestion (especially Bitcoin (BTC) or Ethereum (ETH) networks)
- •Low transaction fees selected on the sending platform
What to do:
Check the transaction status on the blockchain using your transaction hash (TXID) through a blockchain explorer. This applies to all crypto deposits on Raseed.
You sent the crypto using the wrong network:
This is one of the most common reasons a crypto deposit is not credited. For example:
- •Sending USDT (TRC20) to an ERC20 address
- •Sending crypto via BEP20 instead of Ethereum
- •Sending funds through a network not supported by Raseed
Even if the wallet address looks correct, using the wrong blockchain network can prevent your deposit from appearing in your Raseed crypto wallet.
What to do:
Confirm that the network selected on the sending platform matches the network supported by Raseed for that specific cryptocurrency.
You sent crypto to the wrong wallet address
If the wallet address entered has:
- •A typo
- •Incorrect copied or pasted characters
- •A different crypto asset address
…the deposit may never arrive.
What to do:
Double-check the receiving address on the sending platform against your Raseed deposit wallet address before sending any crypto.
You didn’t include the required Memo / Tag (if applicable):
Some cryptocurrencies require a Memo, Tag, or Destination ID, especially assets like XRP, XLM, or certain exchange-based wallets. If the memo or tag is missing or incorrect, the deposit may not automatically link to your account.
What to do:
Check whether the crypto you sent requires a memo or tag and ensure it matches the one shown in the Raseed app.
The sending platform marked it as completed, but it hasn’t been broadcast properly:
In rare cases, an exchange or wallet may show a withdrawal as “completed” even though it hasn’t been successfully processed on-chain.
What to do:
Check whether the TXID exists on a blockchain explorer. If no TXID appears, the withdrawal may not have been fully processed by the sending platform.
How to check your crypto deposit
To investigate further, gather the following details:
- •Transaction hash (TXID)
- •Wallet address used
- •Crypto asset (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH)
- •Blockchain network used (ERC20, TRC20, BEP20, etc.)
- •Confirmation count
These details are essential when tracking crypto deposits on Raseed or any regulated crypto trading app.
