Can I Send Crypto To or From a Third-Party Wallet?
Yes, you can send crypto to and receive crypto from third-party wallets using Raseed Invest. However, for security and regulatory reasons, all crypto transfers are subject to compliance checks and verification processes. This helps ensure your funds remain protected and that all transactions meet applicable regulatory standards.
Sending Crypto From Raseed to a Third-Party Wallet
You can withdraw crypto from your Raseed Invest account to an external wallet that you own or trust, including:
- •Personal hardware wallets (such as Ledger or Trezor)
- •Software wallets (such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet)
- •Other cryptocurrency exchanges
Before completing a crypto withdrawal, make sure that:
- •The wallet address is correct and compatible with the selected blockchain network
- •The withdrawal is verified using OTP, email confirmation, or Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Receiving Crypto From a Third-Party Wallet
You can also deposit crypto into your Raseed Invest account from an external wallet. To do this, generate your deposit address within the app and send funds to that address.
Please note:
- •Crypto deposits must be sent using the correct network
- •Transactions may take time to confirm depending on blockchain traffic and network conditions
Compliance & Security Checks
To protect users and maintain a secure platform, Raseed monitors all crypto transfers. In some cases, transactions may be delayed or blocked if they trigger compliance or security reviews. This may occur if:
- •The destination or source wallet address is flagged as high-risk
- •The transaction amount or behavior appears unusual
What If My Transfer Is Delayed?
If your crypto transfer is taking longer than expected, you can:
- •Double-check the wallet address and selected network
- •Look for any verification emails or in-app notifications
- •Contact Raseed Support if the delay continues
