Can I cancel a Crypto withdrawal after submitting it?
In most cases, crypto withdrawals cannot be cancelled once they’ve been submitted, because cryptocurrency transactions are processed through blockchain networks, which are designed to be irreversible by nature.
Once a crypto withdrawal request moves beyond the initial stage, it can no longer be stopped or reversed.
Why crypto withdrawals usually can’t be cancelled
Crypto withdrawals involve multiple steps, including:
- •Security and compliance checks
- •Wallet processing
- •Broadcasting the transaction to the blockchain network
Once the transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, it becomes permanent and irreversible. At this point, the transaction cannot be cancelled, reversed, or recalled, even by Raseed.
You cannot cancel a crypto withdrawal if the status is:
- •Confirmed
- •Completed
- •Sent
- •A TXID / transaction hash has already been generated
If you can see a TXID (Transaction ID), it means the transaction is already on-chain, and cancellation is no longer possible.
How to contact support quickly
If you need urgent help cancelling a crypto withdrawal request before it is broadcast to the blockchain, contact Raseed Support as soon as possible and provide:
- •Your registered email address or phone number
- •The withdrawal amount and crypto asset (e.g., USDT, BTC)
- •The withdrawal status
- •A screenshot of the request (if available)
Providing this information helps the support team verify your request faster.
Important notes
- •Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
- •Raseed cannot cancel a withdrawal that has already been broadcast
Before submitting a crypto withdrawal, always double-check:
- •Wallet address
- •Selected network (ERC20, TRC20, etc.)
- •Withdrawal amount
