My crypto withdrawal shows “confirmed” on blockchain but not in Raseed, why?
If your crypto withdrawal shows “confirmed” on the blockchain (for example on Etherscan, BscScan, or Tronscan) but is not yet reflected in your Raseed wallet, don’t worry. This is a common situation and usually means the transaction is completed on-chain but is still going through a final processing or synchronization step within the Raseed platform.
Blockchain explorers confirm that a transaction is valid on the network, but trading platforms and crypto wallets may still need additional internal updates before showing the final status to users.
Why this happens (most common reasons)
The transaction is confirmed, but still syncing in Raseed: Even after a withdrawal is confirmed on the blockchain, platforms like Raseed may need to:
- •Sync blockchain transaction data internally
- •Update wallet balances and transaction history
- •Complete internal reconciliation checks
As a result, the blockchain explorer may show “confirmed” while your crypto withdrawal status on Raseed is still updating.
What to do: Wait 10–30 minutes and refresh the app.
The network needs more confirmations than the explorer shows:
Different platforms require different confirmation thresholds before marking a withdrawal as fully completed. While a blockchain explorer may display a transaction as confirmed, Raseed may wait for additional confirmations to ensure security and stability.
What to do: Check if confirmations are still increasing and allow extra time.
The receiving wallet hasn’t credited the funds yet:
If your crypto withdrawal was sent to an external wallet or exchange, the blockchain can show it as confirmed while the receiving platform:
- •Requires more confirmations
- •Is experiencing wallet maintenance
- •Has internal delays or congestion
What to do: Contact the receiving wallet or exchange support and share the transaction hash (TXID).

Wrong network or incompatible address type was used:
In some cases, users withdraw the correct token but choose the wrong network, such as:
- •Sending USDT via BEP20 instead of ERC20
- •Sending USDT TRC20 to a wallet that doesn’t support TRC20
The blockchain may still confirm the transaction, but the destination wallet may not credit it automatically.
What to do: Double-check that the receiving wallet supports the selected network. (See also: What happens if I use the wrong network?)
App display or caching delay:
Sometimes the transaction is complete, but the app interface hasn’t refreshed due to:
- •Temporary cache issues
- •Network connectivity delays
- •App sync lag
What to do:
- •Refresh the page
- •Restart the app
- •Log out and log back in
What you should check before contacting support
To speed up resolution, make sure you have:
- •Transaction hash (TXID)
- •Token and network used (e.g., USDT – TRC20)
- •Destination wallet address
- •Screenshot showing “confirmed” status on the blockchain explorer
When should I contact Raseed Support?
Contact Raseed Support if:
- •The withdrawal is confirmed on-chain but not reflected after 60 minutes
- •You believe the wrong network was used
- •The transaction is missing from your Raseed crypto withdrawal history
Please share your TXID and network details so the team can investigate efficiently.
