How do I track my transaction (TXID / transaction hash)?
When you send or receive cryptocurrency, every transfer is permanently recorded on the blockchain. To track the status of that transfer, you use a unique reference called a TXID (Transaction ID) or transaction hash. This identifier works like a digital receipt and allows you to track your crypto transaction in real time on the blockchain.
Whether you’re waiting for a crypto deposit to appear, checking a pending crypto withdrawal, or verifying a transfer, the TXID is the most reliable way to see what’s happening.
What is a TXID / transaction hash?
A TXID (transaction hash) is a unique string of letters and numbers generated for every blockchain transaction. It confirms key details such as:
- •That the crypto transaction was successfully broadcast
- •The sending and receiving wallet addresses
- •The amount transferred
- •The blockchain network used (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, Solana, etc.)
- •The current transaction status (pending, confirmed, or failed)
Important: A TXID exists on the blockchain even if your crypto deposit or withdrawal is still processing inside the Raseed app.
Why is the TXID important?
Tracking your crypto transaction hash helps you:
- •Confirm whether a crypto transfer was sent successfully
- •Check if the transaction is still pending confirmations
- •Verify that the correct network was used (for example, ERC20 vs TRC20)
- •Share accurate transaction details with Raseed Support if assistance is needed
Many common questions like “Why is my crypto deposit not showing?” or “Why is my withdrawal pending?” can usually be answered by checking the TXID first.
How to find your TXID (Transaction Hash)
Your TXID is created by the wallet or exchange you used to send the crypto (for example, a crypto exchange account, a self-custody wallet, or another trading platform).
To locate it inside the Raseed app:
- •Press More from the main page
- •Select History
- •Choose Withdrawal
- •Select Crypto
- •Tap on the transaction you want to review
- •Click on the Transaction ID link
Tip: If you see an “Explorer” link, opening it will display the TXID on the blockchain explorer page.
How to track a crypto transaction using the TXID
Once you have the transaction hash, open the correct blockchain explorer based on the network used:
- •Bitcoin (BTC): Blockchain.com Explorer
- •Ethereum (ETH / ERC-20): Etherscan
- •Tron (TRC-20): Tronscan
- •Solana: Solscan
Paste the TXID into the search bar
- •Confirmed / Success
- •Pending
- •Failed
You’ll also see the number of confirmations and the receiving address.
What should I check when tracking my transaction?
When reviewing your crypto transaction on a blockchain explorer, always confirm:
- •The status shows Success or Confirmed
- •The recipient address matches your Raseed deposit address
- •The blockchain network matches what you selected in Raseed
- •The amount sent is correct
- •The transaction has reached the required confirmations
This step is especially helpful if your crypto deposit is pending or your withdrawal hasn’t updated yet.
If my TXID shows “Success” but my deposit isn’t showing in Raseed
Sometimes a crypto transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but still not reflected in your Raseed wallet due to:
- •Required confirmation count not yet reached
- •Internal processing time
- •Temporary wallet or network maintenance
- •The transaction being sent on an incorrect network
If the delay continues, you can review related guides like“Why is my crypto deposit not showing?” or “How long do crypto withdrawals take on Raseed?” for more clarity.
If needed, contact Raseed Support and provide:
- •TXID / Transaction Hash
- •Crypto asset and amount
- •Network used
- •Date and time of transfer
Note: If you don’t have a TXID, it usually means the transaction was not broadcast on the blockchain yet or failed before being processed.
